Proactive
We are shocked when speaking to some of our clients at how they have had terrible experiences with other estate agents in the past, whom they haven’t been able to get hold of for weeks on end and who are not giving them vital updates.
You will not be calling the office and speaking to whoever answers or struggling to get hold of us for updates. Your personal Account Manager will be updating you, getting in contact with you and being there every step of the way to get you that great offer on your property.
We do not just sit there and wait for the calls to come in on your listings, we proactively go out there and find the business for you.
Our Marketing Structure
We list your property on 34 different portals, from Zoopla, to Boomin, to The Daily Mail, and The Sunday Times newspaper articles, we have it covered. We then push your property out on all social media platforms.
And no, we don’t stop there.
We will also send marketing leaflets to all properties within local proximity to you, with a detailed description of your property, 2 images and a QR code to a video of your property that they scan on their phone from their sofa to then book in viewing with us.
Then, we will contact all of our buyers and investors via an email newsletter with your property on, and a phone call. We will make sure our entire database knows that your property is available.
The next steps, are to arrange an open day. This is fully monitored and all people who wish to come, must register and book a time slot in. This is a brilliant way to get more people through the door, and in turn more offers.
Last but not least, we will run a social media campaign on your property as extra advertisement.
We never give up. We have a track record of selling properties that have been on with other agents for a very long time, one in particular was trying to sell their property for 3 years, with various other agents. We then took this property on, took new seasonal images, advised on a few small home improvements, and marketed the property in every way possible. We then had this property under offer within 10 weeks.
