Nicholas Matthews
I am currently a Land Consultant for Kilnstone Property. I have built excellent relationships with a selection of small to medium size developers across the UK for who I now exclusively source land and commercial property for. During this time, I have also established relationships with a wide number of land and commercial agents as well as many land and commercial property owners helping them to market, then sell on their sites whilst maximising the amount they receive for the site by using my network of industry professionals to provide expert advice and add value at every stage of the development process.
I previously worked for a small Developer where my role was to source, appraise and carry out the necessary due diligence on off-market sites and identify development across the South East of England so they could make offers and secure the sites to develop. During this time, I used the transferable skills I had learned from 17 years in recruitment working for corporate companies like Randstad and the John Lewis Partnership to build relationships, source, negotiate and close sales on sites with owners and agents.
In my spare time, I enjoy socialising with my friends and spending time with my wife and kids.
