We also have a utility platform, which allows a tenant or homeowner to pay all of their utility bills in one payment, as well as notifying all utility supplies of tenants movements and meter readings. The latest technology allows us and our clients a much faster process in every step.
Advanced Rent Option
Here at Kilnstone Property, we offer our Landlords the option of taking a full year of rent in advance (less our normal fees) even when the tenant pays monthly.
